AFL Architects has unveiled plans for Zanzibar Sports City, a new hub for sports, tourism, and events. The masterplan features a 25,000-capacity stadium, a 10,000-capacity secondary stadium, an athletics track, training facilities, a four-star hotel, a hospital, and a small passenger port.
